XPMC Review

Dear Readers,

I’m excited to share a significant milestone in my learning journey as a student of DPG ITM, Gurugram , immersing myself in the world of cybersecurity through an XPMC – Cybersecurity training program (Experiential Micro-Credential) with Employabilitylife.  While my primary focus remains on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, I’ve eagerly embraced the opportunity to broaden my expertise and gain valuable insights into digital security. Guided by our dedicated Project Manager Ms. Kasturi Adhikari, and Program Director Mr. Sugata Chowdhuri, I’ve begun to unravel the complexities of cybersecurity, with a particular emphasis on malware analysis. Despite cybersecurity not being my primary area of interest, I recognize its critical importance in today’s digital landscape and the potential synergies it shares with AI and ML.

As I navigate through this enriching experience, I’m eager to leverage my existing skills to tackle new challenges and uncover innovative solutions in cybersecurity. Each session brings fresh perspectives and deepens my understanding of digital threats and defences, empowering me to contribute meaningfully to this dynamic field.

I’m also grateful for the support and encouragement provided by Honourable M.D. Dr. Preeti Gahlot ma’am, H.O.D CSE Dr.Sarika Chaudhary, whom guidance and inspiration have played a significant role in shaping my journey towards exploring new horizons in cybersecurity.

I extend my gratitude to Mr. Raja Dasgupta and  Dr Manish Malhotra for their vision and leadership in championing experiential learning initiatives like this, which have provided individuals like me with invaluable opportunities for growth and exploration.

Here’s to embracing new opportunities, broadening our horizons, and collectively shaping a safer digital future!

Regards
Mr. Ansh Kapoor (B.Tech AI& ML 3rd  sem)
